Replacement Policy
At Royale Fashion, customer satisfaction is important to us. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, if you receive a defective item or the wrong size, we are happy to provide a replacement, subject to the conditions below.
Replacement Eligibility
You may request a replacement if:
- The item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- The item has a size issue (subject to stock availability).
- The replacement request is submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for replacement:
- Worn, used, or washed items.
- Items without original tags or packaging.
- Undergarments, innerwear, or hygiene-sensitive products.
- Final sale, clearance, or promotional items.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
Important Notes
- Refunds are not available. We only provide replacements for eligible items.
- Replacement requests are subject to product inspection and approval.
- If the requested replacement size is unavailable, we may offer an alternative size or a similar product of equal value, subject to availability.
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
- We reserve the right to reject replacement requests that do not meet the above conditions.
